Single element immersion heaters are used in mainly horizontal orientation in domestic water cylinders. All heaters are fitted with a control thermostat pre-set at 65⁰C and a re-settable high limit cut-out to prevent the water reaching 98°C (in accordance with IS/EN60335-2-73). We offer heaters in several thread sizes, to fit all commonly used water cylinders, and in three different sheath materials, to suit various water qualities.
